“I have recently had the great pleasure to connect with, and benefit from, the West Yorkshire Graduate Placement Scheme. I was also fortunate to attend the ‘Big Futures in Small Businesses’ event, where I shared my experiences working with the Graduate Scheme. Importantly, I was able to converse with recently employed graduates, which provided me with a fresh perspective on the challenges they face when seeking employment. The Graduate Placement Scheme is the perfect bridge, breaking down misconceptions and creating open, easy dialogue between SMEs and prospective graduate employees.”
